DUSHANBE, October 5 (Itar-Tass) — The Presidents of Russia and Tajikistan, Vladimir Putin and Emomali Rakhmon, on Friday will hold talks. They will first be held in a narrow and then in an enlarged format with the participation of the two countries’ delegations.
Then the leaders will come to the documents signing ceremony and make statements to the press.
It is also planned that Putin and Rakhmon will visit the location of the 201st Russian military base in the territory of Tajikistan.
Putin arrived on an official visit to Dushanbe at the invitation Rakhmon on Thursday evening and the two leaders had an informal dinner.
The visit will end on Friday with the official lunch given by Rakhmon who celebrates his 60th birthday.
