TBILISI, October 2 (Itar-Tass) — The opposition party Georgian Dream leads the parliamentary elections getting support of 52.8 percent of voters, the Georgian central election commission reported on Tuesday after ballots had been counted at 577 of the 3,766 polling stations.

The ruling party United National Movement received 42.8 percent.

On October 1 Georgia opened 3,719 polling stations at its territory and 47 polling stations – abroad.

At present, 15.35 percent of the ballots were counted.
