TBILISI, October 1 (Itar-Tass) — Leader of the Georgian opposition coalition, Georgian Dream, Bera Ivanishvili said it is necessary “to return friendly relations with Russia”.
On Monday, October 1, Ivanishvili visited polling station No 4 at Tbilisi’s Mtatsminda district jointly with his spouse who took part in the voting.
“We’ll build relationship with Russia. We must restore friendly relations with Russia and we will do our best to achieve this goal,” Ivanishvili stressed.
Commenting on fundamentals for strengthening relations, the opposition leader said, “There are many fundamentals for this purpose now.”
