MOSCOW, September 29 (Itar-Tass) —— One more dead body was found at the burning plant in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area (Yugra), a source at the Russian Emergencies Ministry's Ural regional centre told Itar-Tass.
The dead body was found during the fire-extinguishing work. Seven people are dead, and eight are injured, the source said. The injured people are taken to hospital.
The blaze broke out at the oil sludge utilization plant, 66 km north of Khanty-Mansiisk, on Saturday morning. The fire swept 4,000 sq m.
The plant belongs to the Invest Oil company.
The fire is brought under control. There is no threat for residential sites.
