300 people evacuated from Gorbushkin Dvor

According to preliminary data, no one has been hurt

MOSCOW, September 27 (Itar-Tass) — Three hundred people have been evacuated from the Gorbushkin Dvor trading center in Moscow's west because of a fire, an official in the press service of the city's department of the Russian Ministry for Emergencies (RME) has told Itar-Tass.

The fire originated at 13:05 MT in the exhaust ventilation system of a cafe located on the second floor of the four-(four) storey building. A heavy smoke ensued,

According to preliminary data, no one has been hurt. About ten fire-fighting teams are grappling with the fire. A thick smoke is seen overhead. "The situation is calm. There is no risk of the fire's spreading," the RME official said.
