MOSCOW, September 25 (Itar-Tass) —— Eighteen people, including 13 children, were hurt in a road accident in Russia’s southern Rostov region, a spokesman for the Russian emergencies ministry told Itar-Tass early on Tuesday.
According to the spokesman, the accident took place at about 23:00 Moscow time on Monday on a highway linking the cities of Rostov and Bataisk. A Mercedes minibus with 13 children, five adults and the driver collided with a KAMAZ heavy duty truck. “All the passengers of the minibus were hospitalized,” the spokesman said.
An investigation is underway.
