MOSCOW, September 20 (Itar-Tass) —— Eight gunmen, including four warlords, were destroyed in a special operation in Nalchik, a press officer of the information centre of the National Anti-Terrorism Committee told Itar-Tass on Thursday.
The National Anti-Terrorism Committee reported that the so-called emir of Kabardino-Balkaria Batyrbekov and the emir of the local bandit gangs in Nalchik were destroyed.
A homemade explosive device was confiscated in the zone of the special operation.
“Neither civilians nor law enforcers were injured in the special operation,” the information centre reported.
