SOCHI, September 18 (Itar-Tass) —— Russian President Vladimir Putin asked Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev to reprimand Minister of Regional Development Oleg Govorun and Labour Minister Maxim Topilin. The Russian president has made a statement to this effect at a meeting over the drafting of a budget for 2013 and years to come.

“The work of the minister envisages personal responsibility. If something from planned events is not fulfilled, those to blame should bear personal responsibility,” Putin said. “I will not do it myself, referring to the subordination, but I instruct the prime minister about the need to reprimand the minister of regional development and the labour minister,” the president noted.
