Moscow prosecutors ask Tverskoy Court to confirm Innocence of Muslims film extremist

According to the court procedures, the court has five days to appoint early hearing

MOSCOW, September 18 (Itar-Tass) —— Moscow’s Tverskoy District Court will consider soon an application from the Moscow prosecution to confirm as extremist the Innocence of Muslims video film, which has drawn a wide response in the public, the court’s press secretary Murad Dalgarov said on Tuesday.

“The application was presented to the court on September 17,” he said.

According to the court procedures, the court has five days to appoint early hearing.

As the film about the Prophet Mohammed was released, several Muslim countries including Libya, Egypt, Tunisia, and Sudan experienced a wave of anti-American protests. The US ambassador and three diplomats were killed in Libya’s Benghazi.
