MOSCOW, September 18 (Itar-Tass) —— Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday will hold a meeting on a draft federal budget for 2013-2015. The meeting will be held in the southern Black Sea resort city of Sochi, the Kremlin press service reported.
“It is planned to discuss issues of budgetary planning linked with the implementation of the May decrees by the Russian president on long-term economic and social policy, the use of funds planned to finance state programs, measures to secure the stability of the budgetary system and strengthening macroeconomic stability /the use of the new budgetary rule/,” the press service said.
Topics for discussion also include strengthening budgetary discipline, ways to ensure better use of funds via clear-cut sectoral priorities, ensuring extra-budgetary funds and regional budget balance.
