MOSCOW, September 14 (Itar-Tass) — The police have information about provocations planned during the September 15 March of Millions, a source at the Moscow police department told Itar-Tass on Friday.
“The Moscow police have learned that certain individuals plan provocations and appeals for breaking public peace, in particular, with the blocking of motor traffic, when the action is over,” he said.
“The law binds the Moscow police to stop such violations. Criminal and administrative charges will be brought against violators,” the source said.
