MOSCOW, September 14 (Itar-Tass) — Ten citizens of the Republic of Guinea, students of the Interior Ministry's Moscow University, beat up an employee at their embassy in Moscow for scholarship payment delay.

The embassy staff refused to file a complaint about the incident with the police, a Moscow police source told Itar-Tass.

The incident took place at the Embassy of the Republic of Guinea in Moscow, Prechistenka Street, on Thursday. Ten young people came to the embassy and demanded scholarship payment for last year. In the quarrel, the students struck the embassy employee several times, the source said.

The man was taken to a hospital, where medical care was provided for him. After receiving the first aid, he left the hospital.

The embassy staff explained to the policemen who arrived at the site that the young people had studied at the Interior Ministry's Moscow University, but in September were deprived of the right to continue studying.
