NOVOSIBIRSK, September 13 (Itar-Tass) — Three children were killed when an out-of-service garage collapsed in the settlement of Voronovo in Russia’s Novosibirsk region on Thursday, sources from the press centre of the emergencies ministry’s regional department told Tass.

They said the accident happened at 21:00 local time (18:00 Moscow time). Emergency ministry teams and police were rushed to the site. Three school students were killed and two more people were injured.
