MOSCOW, September 11 (Itar-Tass) —— Detectives are confiscating documents from the Mosgaz gas grids managing company following the Monday gas pipe rupture, which killed three workers, Irina Gumennaya from the Moscow regional department of the Russian Investigation Committee told Itar-Tass on Tuesday.
The pipe ruptured between the 88th and 89th kilometers of the Moscow Circular Road. Three workers died. A criminal case was opened on the counts of a breach of safety rules causing death of two or more people by negligence.
“Investigative procedures are being taken to find out details of the accident, the accident scene is being examined, documents are being seized and Mosgaz personnel are being questioned,” Gumennaya said.
