Duma panel to examine "Gennady Gudkov case" Monday

According to investigation agencies, Gudkov, contrary to the ban, set out in the Law on the Status of the House Member, engaged in commercial activities

MOSCOW, September 10 (Itar-Tass) — The State Duma commission for monitoring authenticity of data on the incomes and property of House members meets here on Monday again to discuss the materials concerning Gennady Gudkov, deputy head of the House faction of "A Just Russia" party. The materials were provided by the Investigation Committer of Russia (SKR).

According to investigation agencies, Gudkov, contrary to the ban, set out in the Law on the Status of the House Member, engaged in commercial activities. Gudkov, as well as representatives of the SKR and the Office of Prosecutor General have been invited to the commission's meeting, along with panel members.

The commission's first meeting, at which the "Gudkov case" was discussed, was held in the presence of media people on September 5.
