VLADIVOSTOK, September 8 (Itar-Tass) — A laser pyrotechnic show which Vladivostok hasn’t seen in 150 years of its history marked the completion of the first day of the APEC summit. Fiery bouquets and garlands of all possible color combinations illuminated the skies for 25 minutes.
The laser pyrotechnic show was carried out by the same team of experts who prepared fireworks for Russia’s Day, the all-Russian ball of school leavers called “The Crimson Sails” in St. Petersburg and the opening of the Bolshoi Theatre after renovation.
The participants in the APEC summit led by President Vladimir Putin watched the fireworks immediately after reception given in honor of the international forum.
