VLADIVOSTOK, September 8 (Itar-Tass) —— Russian President Vladimir Putin believes that economic progress is possible only when countries exchange advanced technologies.
“I think that in order to achieve progress like in the developed economies such as Canada’s they should not be afraid to share advanced technologies,” Putin said on Saturday at a meeting between APEC leaders and members of the APEC Business Advisory Council. In his words, such competitive exchange will ensure economic progress. “No one is to lose sharing his competitive edges,” he said.
