MOSCOW, September 7 (Itar-Tass) —— The Russian Justice Ministry will not set up special services to work with non-profit organizations (NPOs), the ministry's head Alexander Konovalov said on Friday.
The staff will have new functions. The strength is not planned to be increased. "Even if we wanted to increase the staff, it will not happen. We will work as normal, without creating special departments," the minister said.
It will be routine work without political colouring, he noted.
