Аll tourists will be brought back home on their tickets without any additional payments

MOSCOW, September 4 (Itar-Tass) — Russian tourists of the bankrupt company Cherry Tour will leave Bulgaria for Russia according to the schedule on September 4, the press service of the Russian Association of Tourism Operators reported on Tuesday.

“Thanks to the work of the Russian tourism emergency headquarters under the Russian Federal Tourism Agency all air companies confirmed that all tourists will be brought back home on their tickets without any additional payments on September 4,” the press service reported.

The flight from Burgas to Moscow that the Bulgaria Air Company will make will take all tourists onboard despite the fact that Cherry Tour did not pay for these seats. The press service noted that the receiving party TURAL confirmed that despite the debts of the tourist operator it will provide a transfer to the airport for the tourists.

The tourists, who fly from Varna to Novosibirsk by the S7 air company and the tourists, who fly to Kaliningrad by the Kuban air company, can also not be concerned about their return to the homeland. The flight from Varna to Kaliningrad is paid fully by Dmitry Cherepov, the consolidator of the S7 flight confirmed that there will be no problems with the return of the Cherry Tour clients. However, the tourists of these flights still expect an unpleasant surprise on Wednesday, as the receiving company VASSY refused to transfer the tourists to the flight, therefore, they will have to pay for the taxi themselves.

The Russian Association of Tourism Operators recalled that all the tourists should not forget to take the documents, which verify the repeated payment for the transfer, because these funds can be returned in Cherry Tour’s insurance company Ingosstrakh. To receive this document, one can book a transfer at the hotel, in this case the hotel will present the necessary document immediately.
