MOSCOW, August 31 (Itar-Tass) —— The Federal Tourism Agency has opened a hotline for tourists of the bankrupt tour operator El Voyage, the agency reported on Friday.
“Tour operator clients may call 8 (495) 607-3949 and ask any questions or learn about the list of documents necessary for filing applications for compensations,” it said.
There is a hotline of the tour operator, too. “The El Voyage company apologizes for the inconveniences caused by the flight cancellation over financial difficulties. A hotline is opened for clients, who may ask any questions,” it said.
The tourists may appeal to the AlfaStrakhovaniye insurance company for refunds.
El Voyage suspended business due to financial difficulties on Thursday. The clients may appeal to the insurance company, in which the tour operator has a 30 million guarantee.
