LONDON, August 31 (Itar-Tass) — The London High Court ruled in favour of Roman Abramovich, rejecting the claims, which Boris Berezovsky had made against him, Judge Elizabeth Gloster has read out a verdict at the Abramovich vs Berezovsky trial at the London Rolls Building Royal Courts of Justice on Friday.
Berezovsky is staying in the courtroom.
Abramovich is absent at the court session. He is represented by the team of lawyers and aides. According to available reports, he is staying outside Great Britain.
It was noted on the sidelines of the trial that the judge did not trust Berezovsky in such a complicated case.
