MOSCOW, August 29 (Itar-Tass) — The detectives are conducting an inquiry before the investigation over the death of blogger Zafar Khashimov, who had the nickname “churkan”, a source in the Russian Investigation Committee told Itar-Tass on Wednesday.
According to preliminary reports, Khashimov fell out from the window of his flat on the seventh floor at 50, Leningradskoye Highway. The detectives found that the entrance door in the flat was locked up from the inside and the window at the kitchen was open.
“A forensic expertise, checking measures seeking to find all details of the death case are being conducted. A procedural decision will be taken upon the results of the inquiry,” the source said.
Zafar Khashimov, 44, was found dead at 09:00 Moscow time on Tuesday with numerous wounds, which are characteristic of falling down from the height.
