VLADIVOSTOK, August 28 (Itar-Tass) — More than 20 anti-terror exercises have been held on the facilities of the APEC summit over the past year to drill interaction among various services, Alexander Bortnikov, director of the Federal Security Service, told a meeting of the National Anti-Terror Committee in Vladivostok on Tuesday.
He said that interaction of services designed to avert a terrorist threat was tested at several APEC facilities simultaneously on July 4-9.
Training and exercises will continue until the summit’s opening.
