An official of the Russian Investigative Committee’s (SK) investigation department for Dagestan told Itar-Tass that “the incident occurred at about 21:00 MSK (Wednesday) in the vicinity of the Mokok settlement.”

An investigation group has been working at the scene, police are making efforts to identify and track down the attackers.
