MOSCOW, August 23 (Itar-Tass) —— Capital outflow from Russia in 2012 may reach 50 billion U.S. dollars or more, Deputy Minister of Economic Development Andrei Klepach said.

In July, 3-5 billion U.S. dollars were taken out of the country in July.

According to Klepach, capital flight continues for the time being.
