VLADIVOSTOK, August 21 (Itar-Tass) — Russia’s Education and Science Ministry will ensure qualitative access to the Internet to all schools.
“A key factor to increase the quality of education is to ensure access to modern communication means. Every school should have good broadband access to the Internet to get texts, video files and to show fragments of films at lessons,” Dmitry Livanov told reporters on Tuesday.
“We will ensure non-discriminatory access to the Internet for all schools in all regions,” he said.
