KIEV, August 17 (Itar-Tass) — Charges are brought against four persons arrested on suspicion of organizing the blasts in Dnepropetrovsk, a Dnepropetrovsk regional council official said on Friday.
The region's Prosecutor Natalia Marchuk reported that the criminal case would be referred to court soon. The court meeting will be open.
Thirty one people were injured in the series of blasts at public places in Dnepropetrovsk on April 27. All the homemade explosive devices were in concrete containers for refuse.
