KRASNODAR, August 16 (Itar-Tass) — About 800 million roubles have already been transferred to the Red Cross account to help the residents of flood-hit Krymsk, sources from the press service of the Krasnodar region governor told Tass on Thursday.

The people are interested where the money will go. “We have accumulated it to settle some tasks that are not within the framework of budget financing,” the governor said.

Thus, 150 million roubles are earmarked to buy a gas stove, a washing machine and a fridge for each family affected by the devastating flood. Besides, families with three and more children, disabled persons, low-income families and lonely people will get targeted aid.

The owners of more than 7,000 vehicles damaged in the flooding will get compensations in the amount of 40,000 roubles.
