Russia supplies over 2,000 tons of wheat flour to North Korea

The flour will be passed to bakeries of the North Hamgyong Province and several other districts

PYONGYANG, August 15 (Itar-Tass) — Over two thousand tonnes of wheat flour has been delivered by sea from Russia to Chongjin port in the North Hamgyong Province on the east coast of North Korea.

The Russian humanitarian cargo was received by representatives of the administration of this province, as well as employees of the UN World Food Program, Russian Consul General in Chongjin Vyacheslav Tsupikov told Itar-Tass on Tuesday.

The flour will be passed to bakeries of the North Hamgyong Province and several other districts.

The first batch of Russian flour for North Korea was delivered to Chongjin on July 16.
