MOSCOW, August 11 (Itar-Tass) —— Russian President Vladimir Putin has decreed to appoint Alexander Volosov to the post of first deputy minister of the Russian Federation for civil defense, emergencies and liquidation of natural calamities’ effects, relieving him of the previous post, the Kremlin press service reported on Saturday.

Earlier, Volosov occupied the post of deputy minister for emergencies.
