NOVOSIBIRSK, August 8 (Itar-Tass) —— Debates on the unified state exam will eventually create a good system for evaluating knowledge of high school graduates, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev told United Russia activists.
“Heated debates on the unified state exam are good. That will help us create a working system,” he said.
