MOSCOW, August 6 (Itar-Tass) — At least four people were injured as a result of a blast in Grozny’s Oktyabrsky district, sources from law enforcement agencies of the North Caucasian Federal District have told Tass, noting that the figure could change.
“The blast occurred at about 14:00 Moscow time, in Baisangur Benoisky Street. At least four people were injured. According to early reports there are casualties,” the sources said adding that sappers work at the site of the blast.
According to the sources, there are mainly shops in that part of the city.
