MOSCOW, August 3 (Itar-Tass) — Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has signed a resolution to provide additional financial aid for flood-affected Krasnodar Territory residents, the Russian government press service said on Friday.
A subsidy of up to 320 million roubles will be provided from the federal budget in 2012 for the Krasnodar Territory's budget, as support for regional budgets to be balanced, for temporary accommodation, treatment and rehabilitation of pregnant women, women with children, children, elderly people and disabled people affected by the flood.
The Finance Ministry must transfer the funds to the Krasnodar Territory's budget in accordance with the resolution, proceeding from the lists submitted by the Ministry of Labour and Social Development.
The Krasnodar regional administration is instructed to organize temporary accommodation, medical treatment and rehabilitation for pregnant women, women with children, children, elderly people and disabled people for 24 days at health centres and for citizens who lost their homes or whose houses were seriously damaged for a period of up to 120 days, but not later than December 1, 2012, until their houses are repaired or new housing is provided for them.
