MOSCOW, August 1 (Itar-Tass) — Gazprom Export on Wednesday is been registered under a new legal address, it is said in the company materials.
The new legal address of Gazprom Export is 5, Galernaya Street, St. Petersburg. Rented offices of Gazprom Neft - another Gazprom subsidiary, are also located at this address. The offices of Gazprom Neft – Severo-Zapad and Gazprom Neft NTC are located in Galernaya Street.
Gazprom Export has bought the Palazzo Rossi Hotel building in St. Petersburg, which will be reconstructed for the company’s office. The official transfer of the company employees can take place no earlier than 2013, after the completion of the reconstruction of the acquired building.
The actual address of the current office of Gazprom Export still remains in Moscow at 9, Strastnoi Boulevard.
