ILOVLYA, Volgograd region, July 31 (Itar-Tass) —— Overall harvest arrears in Russia in 2012 will reach 14 million tons, Russian Minister of Agriculture Nikolai Fyodorov said on Tuesday.
“In some regions, crops harvest arrears may amount to 12 million tons, and some 14 million tons – across Russia,” he said at a meeting with Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev dedicated to the 2012 harvesting campaign.
