MOSCOW, July 29 (Itar-Tass) — The date of the Russian foreign minister’s visit to Japan will be set through diplomatic channels, the Russian Foreign Ministry reported on Sunday, following a meeting between the Russian and Japanese foreign ministers in the Black Sea resort town of Sochi on Saturday.
“Koichiro Gemba invited Sergei Lavrov to pay a visit to Japan. The invitation was accepted with gratitude. The date of the visit will be discussed additionally through diplomatic channels,” the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
