MOSCOW, July 27 (Itar-Tass) —— TNK-BP postponed negotiations with Rosneft on organisation of an alliance for works in Russia’s Arctic offshore area, TNK-BP’s CFO Jonathan Muir told a news conference on Friday.
He said the negotiations on possible joint work are not conducted as yet. He said the company’s management had not considered TNK-BP’s possible involvement in the Nord Stream project.
Earlier, Itar-Tass reported TNK-BP’s shareholders claimed they were interested in the project after the information about BP’s possible involvement in Gazprom’s project.
Muir said TNK-BP had not negotiated selling Lisichansk oil refinery plant. In the first quarter, TNK-BP stopped that plant in Ukraine, but has not made any decision on its further work.
