MAKHACHKALA, July 27 (Itar-Tass) —— Five persons, including two children were killed in a road accident in Russia’s Caucasian republic of Dagestan, local traffic police told Itar-Tass on Thursday.

“At about 22:10 Moscow time, a BMW X-5 rammed a Lada Kalina car in the Karabudakhkentsky district on the Caucasus federal highway,” the police said. “According to preliminary information, five people were killed, including two children.”

An investigation is underway.
