On the implementation of the law from the budget in 2013 will be allocated 16 billion rubles

MOSCOW, July 26 (Itar-Tass) —— The education in Russia was and remains gratis, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said at a government meeting, at which a new law on education is being discussed.

“I would like to emphasize that the education in Russia was and remains gratis,” he underlined.

On the implementation of the law from the budget in 2013 will be allocated 16 billion rubles.
