GORKI, July 24 (Itar-Tass) —— Russian Minister of Energy Alexander Novak said on Tuesday he was ambivalent about possible purchase of BP’s share in TNK-BP by Russia’s Rosneft.
“From the point of view of the state company’s capitalization, it is good, it means extension of its business, but in general, I believe that foreign companies should be present on the Russian market,” he told Itar-Tass.
