NAZRAN, July 24 (Itar-Tass) —— A makeshift explosive device was detonated at a gas station in the centre of the city Malgobek in Ingushetia overnight to Tuesday, a source in the republican Interior Ministry told Itar-Tass.
The gas station caught fire, but the operator managed to put out the fire rapidly. No people were injured.
According to preliminary reports, the explosive device had a little blast yield. The detectives believe that unidentified bandits were seeking to extort money this way.
