VTB to attract Italian financing for Dynamo stadium facilities

The factual arrangements between the parties are recorded in the Agreement on the issue

MOSCOW, July 23 (Itar-Tass) — VTB Bank will attract Italian funding for the construction of support infrastructure of the Dynamo stadium. The relevant loan agreement between VTB Bank, Intesa Sanpaolo, Cassa Depositi e Presiti and the Italian credit agency SACE was signed on Monday in the presence of the Prime Ministers of Russia and Italy, Dmitry Medvedev and Mario Monti.

The agreement provides for the attraction of Italian funds for the construction of a complex of apartments, hotels, offices and support infrastructure of the Dynamo stadium. The tentative funding volume is 276 million euro.

The factual arrangements between the parties are recorded in the Agreement on the issue, concluded on June 30, 2012.

In addition, Gazprombank and Intesa Sanpaolo Bank signed an agreement on the establishment of a joint private equity fund to support the activities of Italian and Russian businessmen in Russia and the EU member states.
