MOSCOW, July 23 (Itar-Tass) — Russia’s company Rosneft and Italy’s ENI have signed a financial agreement. The document was signed in the presence of the Prime Ministers of Russia and Italy, Dmitry Medvedev and Mario Monti.

The agreement was concluded in furtherance of the April 25, 2012 agreement on comprehensive cooperation, according to which, the sides plan joint development of fields in the Black and Barents Seas, the exchange of technologies and personnel, as well as Rosneft’s participation in ENI’s international projects.
