Putin signs law to create Troisk, Shcherbinka district courts

MOSCOW, July 21 (Itar-Tass) — President Vladimir Putin has signed a federal law creating the Troitsk and Shcherbinka district courts and determining territories on which district Moscow courts and city Moscow region courts extend jurisdiction.

The law was approved by the State Duma on July 6, 2012 and passed by the Federation Council on July 18, 2012, the Kremlin press service reported.

The law will make it possible to carry out constitutional rights of citizens to juridical protection and give access to justice by citizens living in the newly created administrative areas of Moscow – Troisk and Novomoskovsk.
