MOSCOW, July 18 (Itar-Tass) — Russian President Vladimir Putin on Wednesday addressed a personal message to the residents of flood-stricken areas of the southern Krasnodar territory.
“I know that many people in Krymsk don’t have television and news is coming late. That is why I decided to address you directly via the newspaper ‘Komsomolskaya Pravda,” Putin said.
“I wish that every flood-affected family understands the meaning of my decree, worded in simple human language, on aid to the residents of the Krasnodar territory,” Putin wrote.
