Krymsk administration publish list of people killed in recent flood

KRASNODAR, July 15 (Itar-Tass) —— The official website of the Krymsk district administration on Sunday published the list of people killed in a recent disastrous flood. At all, the list features 152 names. One person has not yet been identified.

According to the Russian emergencies ministry, the death toll from the flood that hit Russia’s southern Krasnodar Territory overnight to July 7 was 171 people. The flood damaged more than 5,000 dwelling houses in three cities, namely in Gelendzhik, Krymsk, and Novorossiisk, and in a number of villages. The number of those who lost their property in the flood exceeded 34,500 people, including 29,000 people who lost all of their properties, and 5,500 people who lost some of their belongings. In Krymsk alone, the flood destroyed 1,370 homes.
