KIEV, July 13 (Itar-Tass) —— The driver of a bus with Russian pilgrims that got into a road accident killing 14 near Ukraine’s city of Chernigov has been charged with violating traffic rules, the press office of the Ukrainian interior ministry said on Friday.

On Saturday, July 7, a bus with 41 Russian pilgrims heading from the town of Velikiye Luki in Russia’s Pskov region to Pochayev monastery in Ukraine got into a road accident near the settlement of Krasnoye in the Chernigov-Kiev highway.
