MOSCOW, July 13 (Itar-Tass) —— More than 1,600 tons of humanitarian aid has been delivered to Russia’s southern Krasnodar Territory affected by a devastating flood, a spokesman for the Russian emergencies ministry old Itar-Tass on Friday.
“Currently, eight humanitarian aid distribution outlets have been organized in the town of Krymsk to help the flood victims,” the spokesman said. More than 1,000 tons of humanitarian aid is on the way to Krymsk.
“Two Ilyushin-76 airplanes of the Russian emergencies ministry with more humanitarian aid and special rescue equipment are about to take off from the Ramenskoye airfield outside Moscow,” the spokesman added.
