Conscripts in Krymsk not to be drafted to the army until autumn

KRASNODAR, July 12 (Itar-Tass) — Conscripts in the town of Krymsk, which was seriousy damaged by last week’s floods, will not be drafted to the army until autumn, the press service of the administration of the Krasnodar territory said on Thursday.

“The conscription of young men from Krymsk will be suspended as of today. As a result, 42 draftees have got deferrals,” the department for the affairs of Cossacks and work with servicemen said.

The boys will help their parents and neighbors to restore the town.
