MOSCOW, July 12 (Itar-Tass) — The Russian emergencies ministry has sent a batch of humanitarian aid to Russia’s southern Krasnodar Territory affected by a recent devastating flood, a ministry spokesman told Itar-Tass on Thursday.
“An Ilyushin-76 airplane with humanitarian aid to the flood victims has taken off from the Ramenskoye airfield outside Moscow,” the spokesman said.
The humanitarian aid includes blankets, bed linen, personal hygiene products, drinking water, canned meat and milk, more than 30 tons in all.
